    I was driving in Sorrento Valley the other day and I noticed that they are grading and building a new tract at the corner or Cristobal and Camino Santa Fe.

    For you guys who follow Mira Mesa, what are they building there?

    I didn’t know they’re proceeding with that project. Last I heard, it was on hold due to fairy shrimps. They’re building SFR and townhouses.     It will be interesting to see how the prices on those new houses compare to the resales in the surrounding area.

    Those new houses will be Pardee. If I remember, all the newer houses in Mira Mesa are either Pardee or Fieldstone.

    It’ll be very interesting indeed. Most (not just newer) houses in MM were built by those two builders.
