Sorry SDR, I dont mean to pick on this thread or this area. I really do appreciate what you do for all of us here. I had some minor minor surgery on my foot last night and it really hurt like a bitch. I was in a very sarcastic and wishing to get inhebreated mood so I wrote alittle hostile thread. I have the luxery of not buying anytime soon so I can be sarcastic and aloof alittle I guess.

I know all the problems with data gathering, I am sure there are more places that are selling than what I see or you can gather in a narrow search. It just seems that in a reality where prices are falling faster than britney spears career people would wake up and take notice.
I am guessing what what we are seeing now is either the truly superior properties selling or the few that need to sell due to vulagities of life (divorce, job loss, relocation…..). The rest will just have to wait till the end of 2009 when the first scheduled stop of the Temecula-SD “Pain Train” arrives. Expect anger, bitterness, crying, and alot of stupid UT articles about how “Now is the time to buy”.
