looking for some advice from fellow piggington’s readers…
i m a first time homebuyer looking at buying a nice affordable condo in scripps ranch/mira mesa… i work in sorrento valley so i want the commute to be less than 15 minutes.
this property looks like it was a condo conversion, price seems reasonable, however looks like they have litigation issue before and says it has been resolved.
does anyone have information on the litigation or the property?

it’s ok, i go to work at 10 and dont get home til after 7pm so there virtually no traffic…
the price of this condo seems reasonable but i want some input b4 i pull the trigger..
has anyone bought in this complex or knows of someone who has that can give me some insight with regards to HOA litigation in the past/current and if there are any issues i need to worry about b4 putting in an offer?
