Since you appear to be one concerned with reputations and appearances (thus the search in RSF), you should know that Poway bills itself as “city in the country” and prides itself on the rural feel. It also is well known as the home to many of the area’s pro athletes, both baseball and football. Many execs live in the area.

Highlands Ranch Road is really on the edge of Rancho Bernardo and will be perceived as RB to many who visit there. RB, by contrast, has an entirely different reputation: “newly wed or almost dead”. 🙂
