ParticipantSeems like not only are the numbers different from Rich’s numbers, but they are not comparing year-to-year numbers for each market.
Some markets are July to current while other markets are July-to-current or Aug-to-current. Also, it isn’t clear if the latest values are from April 2011, Feb 2011, Mar 2011 ???
Prices have come down since July, but seasonal effects make this happen anyway between Summer and Spring.
