“They” are at least 50 percent of the neighborhood. That makes “You” a minority here. I wonder if your “whiteness” will rub off on my children? I hear white folk really like mcdonalds take out and cheap, watered down beer. On second thought, maybe I should be moving to a better area with more Asians.

But seriously, race isn’t a factor when you hit this stage of the game. If you think it is, maybe you won’t be here for long.

Be thankful for the intelligence and excellent work ethic of these neighbors that surround you. It certainly helps draw attention away from people who sadly think it’s still the 1970’s and it’s ok to claim arrogance is justified by a caucasian background.
