What do you mean by don’t go by the list price? The sub 350K homes we’ve been looking at are all selling well above list price. We’ve been outbid numerous time!

What do you mean by don’t go by the list price? The sub 350K homes we’ve been looking at are all selling well above list price. We’ve been outbid numerous time!
