The lowest price available home in Maybeck is currently a plan 4, going for 680K plus 20K incentives for 3481 square feet home…basically 660K.
Prices are changing rapidly within a month. Not all of the new home builders in 4S Ranch are matching this price for a 3000sq ft plus homes…they will have to start matching to be competitive.
Maybe we should aim for 550-600K by end of the year then?
