All by itself, no. A lis pendens is simply a public notice that litigation is pending.

That’s why i said not all by itself. You skipped the part about the property being for sale π The disclosure part is above my pay grade. It should, however, show up on a title report, and a lender, I suspect, would require that it be cleared before funding a loan.

That’s why i said not all by itself. You skipped the part about the property being for sale π The disclosure part is above my pay grade. It should, however, show up on a title report, and a lender, I suspect, would require that it be cleared before funding a loan.
