My response:
There is a difference. These are the lies they tell ya in school. In regards to domestic violence it was said “domestic violence is equally distributed among all social classes, but we see less of the higher SES because they cover it up more.” This is simply not true. People at the lower SES tend to have more problems overall, limited coping skills, and a multitude of problems. People of low SES also have less education as an overall.
One comment on the above ricechex: The last sentence, true and something that’s common sense.

You didn’t say much in your post, Ricechex, and that’s the truth.
Your post wasn’t thought provoking, and it sounded like something you regurgitated off the internet. Honestly, it wouldn’t even take a child as old as my 3rd grader to take a couple of minutes, pull an internet search and duplicate your post. Honestly.
