Thanks all! I spoke to her on this fine Sunday. “Michelle” is growing on both of them, because they have a French last name. I know a couple of Michelles in their 30s, but, again, this name is unusual in the younger crowd. At least we older folks who are teachers and such would not mispronounce it.
