News flash. $1million +-200k home isn't considered "high end", unless you're talking about $1million in say Texas
I think you e-ball very creatively sometimes.
What the. Eball???
I was merely pointing out $800k-$1mill homes you see in pretty much all areas in SD: CV, RP, MM,SR,Carlsbad,San Marcos,Scrips Ranch,ChulaVista, etc. Do we consider each one of these areas "high end"? Highly inflated, yes… Hi end, clearly not. Do anyone really expect some of these "$1million+-200k" homes listed in these areas to stay at the highly inflated prices when they clearly aren't high end homes?
Perhaps I should have said
$1million highly inflated, pseudo-high-endish looking stucco homes, that are not really worth $1million homes, yet still tagged as high-end-homes. These homes god forbid are stucco boxes at most. Do we really expect all these things to be priced as such moving forward?
