These properties seems to be pretty good deals. Will buyers in Point Loma be able to expect even better deals when housing hit bottom in 2 years?

AN, if you want to make a deal in Pt. Loma, and are able to do so, you should try to now, IMHO.

Poinsettia faces Sea World and possibly MB, not the harbor.
New listing on Newell backs into Nimitz cyn. Unsure of road noise echoing up to rear of lot. Peek “lowish” view shows SDGE line easements (which will eventually be buried).
Poe reduced listing is down fairly low, claims view but has to be low (waterless), even from 3rd story. LOTS of stairs which don’t appeal to a wide segment. Very walkable location to commercial strip off short hill.
San Antonio was recently brought up on another thread by Pigg jstoesz. Somebody got an awesome, screaming deal here in a to-die-for location.
Perry’s location is unmatched, even though not a “view” property. There is no other location just like this one in CA. Small but a very fair price.
La Playa/Kellogg Beach is a gift from above to SD!!
