I disagree. I don’t think there was anyone closer to that discussion about crashing than I was and I believe it was an accident. I don’t remember Rich every weighing in with an opinion of x% declines in a set time for any market? maybe I am wrong. In any case it was an accident regardless of what you think of the realtors on this blog or in general. I agree with your opinion if it is a generalization.
