It appears that they successfully sold (not arms length, though) and now it’s relisted without tenants.

If you mail it, you’ll avoid the mail tampering problems mentioned in the thread I linked. Not sure if it gets you past the “tortious interference w/business or contractual relations” that is mentioned in the thread.
