Would I have to have a bone graft on lower gums with no bone left, just to wear a bottom denture. The periodontist says I would have to have implants, but I would never be able to afford them. He says you bone will keep wearing away if you wear a denture, instead of getting implants. How long does a bone graft last in that case. Thanks
