    Nice house in Calle Cristobal with good view for $420,000. Can I expect similar deals going forward? Thanks.

    Thats a really nice street. My son went to a preschool on it about 10 years ago so I know it well. That looks like a really nice home and a great deal. I would not “expect” similar deals to happen often going forward. You need to make it happen and it wont be easy but if you do all the right things you could get lucky too.

    thanks I thought it was about $40,000 less than the market value. hope prices in Mira Mesa will drop a little bit more.

    Well, the inventory is pretty high in Mira Mesa and houses priced right are moving. It looks like a nice deal.
