waiting for bottom, this is the theory Bugs brought up many times before and I agree with it. All areas are interconnected, they just go down or up at different time. People who want to buy in SEH will probably check out San Marcos/Vista too. Eventually, every area will find a price that will have more buyers than sellers. That’s where the bottom is.
