It’s really too bad, because I don’t think it’s a bad community in itself. Well, just overpriced….

It is not attached garages and all owners park in a parking garage on the ground level. I would have to say this is a negative. Grocery days are not so bad because we have re-usable grocery totes over each shoulder and in each hand. However, Costco days are no fun!!
