    Please Recommend me a good home insurance company. I am hunting for home insurance for a SDR in 92129. Thanks!

    I have used Farmers all my life and beginning in the early nineties, they began to offer the “Protector Plus” policy, which repairs/rebuilds in accordance with the “replacement cost” as of today. Every year, this figure is adjusted to reflect any costs of labor and/or materials that have risen over the previous year in relation to your property type, foundation, construction and landscaping details.

    You will need to seek an independent Farmers agent in your area to discuss your options.

    I have all my insurance with the AAA Auto Club. Rates have always been good and while I havent had any homeowner claims, I ‘ve had a handful of auto claims. All were quickly, fairly and properly. I’ll PM you an agent to call for a quote if you are interested.
