It depends upon alot of factors like was it originally a CW, BOA, Greenpoint etc loan. 1st or 2nd? Refi’d or not? Who the investor is?
Find out when the BPO gets done. Thats a sign things are moving. Ultimately it depends upon whether the listing agent knows what they are doing and most dont. Hope this one does for your sake.

I didn’t offer the asking price, but I had resonable analysis/comps to back up my offer + a list of house dislikes. Furthermore, it’s in my DNA not to give someone what is asked (professional habit). Having said all that, it is a decent offer + I’m qualified.
