Find out when the BPO gets done. Thats a sign things are moving. Ultimately it depends upon whether the listing agent knows what they are doing and most dont. Hope this one does for your sake.

Participantthanks for the extra notes sdr (I know the 1st and all refis were all done via BoA…..so 1 lender to work with). I’ve been told tonight it might be 3 months, so I’ll keep hunting.

I didn’t offer the asking price, but I had resonable analysis/comps to back up my offer + a list of house dislikes. Furthermore, it’s in my DNA not to give someone what is asked (professional habit). Having said all that, it is a decent offer + I’m qualified.
