thanks for the extra notes sdr (I know the 1st and all refis were all done via BoA…..so 1 lender to work with). I’ve been told tonight it might be 3 months, so I’ll keep hunting.

I didn’t offer the asking price, but I had resonable analysis/comps to back up my offer + a list of house dislikes. Furthermore, it’s in my DNA not to give someone what is asked (professional habit). Having said all that, it is a decent offer + I’m qualified.
