I think you’re looking in the wrong place. I don’t think many piggies here would be in that situation.
Hey Robert..I got a suggestion. Instead of giving media attention and doing sap stories after sap stories about how people are losing their homes because they can’t afford to make payments, for whatever reasons (divorce, Heloced the hell of out their home to buy crap like BMW’s and Rolexes, Gucci purses), and keep fostering this “victimhood mentality”, how about doing stories about folks that managed ok or well during this downturn?…You know because they SAVED MONEY throughout the years and didn’t blow it on bling?
You won’t have a problem finding people on this board, and it actually might actually do this country some good…Puts things in relative perspectives about NEEDS and WANTS which I think has been lost in translation…
Contrary to popular belief… Living in a bought/loaned home is a WANT, not a NEED. A NEED is shelter, which could be satisfied by RENTING……

I 2nd that. if you want to profile a dull dude who has avoided buying a house while incurring the wrath of his spouse for 8 years against all kinds of media and social pressure, while saving a chunk of change by avoiding vacations, eating out and general consumption, I’m your man! I mean, deviance sells on tv, my lifestyle is about as deviant as you can get in america
