That is a great quote by sdrealtor- so true. As a buyer, everything that I’ve looked out that would qualify as a great house, has moved pretty fast. There’s a ton of crappy houses out there, there’s one on Melba in Encinitas that had a geodesic dome for a living room- are you kidding me??
