Puzzled by muscle issues as most running pain is usually joint related in my experience unless you are doing speed training and not accustomed to that. The only competitive runner I knew w/ constant muscle issues had compartment syndrome and had to quit. How long you been running/how often/which muscles specifically? ( I know not what you asked

ParticipantI have a good friend who is a PhD and probably the top physical therapist in North County. He’s also an ex-athlete and I’d be surprised if he didnt have some good recommendations. I’ll send him an email and see if he has any recommendations.
