Can’t really compare townhouse vs SFR. I’d take a SFR any day over a town house. But that’s just me.

It was originally going to feature a upscale stripmall, but they postponed that. Expensive. Nice but expensive. Good location to schools.
The problem with the remaining homes on Bridle Ridge and Carriage run, is they’re in off locations too close to the power lines imho.
If I’d were you, I’d try to pick up a CarriageRun/Saratoga/Derby Hills on the way down, if that ever happens. I have my eye on a Plan 3 of DH myself, still waiting for that 30% decline π
