I like the area. We have lived here for one year. We looked at the Serenity homes and were really interested. At that time they were sticking firm with their pricing. If you have the time & energy you could find in my opinion, a good or better deal on an existing home in Stonebridge. One thought that comes to mind…take a hard look at the lot location. Some homes are really packed in pretty tight and/or have no view. For us, we enjoy the extra few minutes it takes to drive in. There tends to be a nice breeze every afternoon to keep it cool. Good luck.

cons: a bit distant from schools, high mello-roos,one way in and out, a little bit too quiet on the streets…IMO, the new house price is inflated and resale too, because of the CA new house credit and prime selling season.

We have visited “Serenity” many times. The homes are very nice inside but we did not like the location. Access is inconvenient and most of the lots did not have a good view. Also, we didn’t like the high Mello Roos.
