ParticipantI’m not a realtor, but I see no issues with this. It is true – alot of houses fall through and they could miss a buyer if it is not listed for sale.
There are so many other reasons to not like realtors, we don’t need this one !

ParticipantI dont know the LA Board rules but down here you need to update the listng status within 24 hours and are subject to fines if you dont. Which reminds me, another short sale got approved yesterday and went into escrow. Time to change contingent to pending.

The associations were far from prepared on how to administer these regulations with the influx of substantial short sales. They still do a horrible job, even down here in San Diego the MLS is poorly regulated.
