How bad does it have to get before masses start cashing-out and literally stashing the cash? Used to think the ole mattress stories were extreme but have to admit it crossed my mind yesterday when I moved some investments to CD’s. How low will the deposit interest go before it amounts to so little that hoarding cash makes more sense?
