None of the old-timers are moving on my block… There are so many older folks who bought in the 60’s-80’s… And when they do downsize, their kids move in. (Including me, I bought from my dad.)
There are 6 of us on my block that all grew up here 40 years ago. There are several more houses that are looking to turn over from the ‘old-timers’ to the now middle aged crew.

Short of any breakthroughs in health care, death rates should start going up around 2020.
