Until 15 April, and you can buy online or in store. $250 GC gets $20 bonus dollars, and $300 GC gets $30 bonus dollars. Can buy up to $1250 in GC.
Thus, if you spend $1200 for (4) 300 GCs, you get $120. Put that on a CC rebate card, and if they give you 3% cashback, you get another $40, if it is 1% that is $12 cashback. (Not sure if my CC will read this as groceries or other)
My understanding is that GCs in CA do not expire. I guess the only problem would be if Albertsons goes out of business before you spend the money OR you lose the GC.

LOL Flu…I knew you would be on this….I did the Chase account for $100 last year (you get $150 for direct deposit and I didn’t want to mess around with that)….and GET THIS…I got a 1099 at the end of the year. Had to claim it on my taxes! Unbelievable.

Why is that Unbelievable? Seems like it is exactly what it should be. Miscelleneous income. If you had losses on stocks and they didn’t allow the deduction it sounds to me like you may be up in arms.
