Well, it’s pretty funny. Actually. I read an article about how a few Chinese companies are going to be bidding on the high speed rail project.
Ironic. Tax dollars diverted intended to create “jobs” via public works projects with the possibility of a company overseas on doing the actual work.

What’s wrong with listing at an absurdly low price and let the market determine its real price. What’s your definition of a frenzy?
