    I have been living in Camarillo for the past 5 months and noticed an increase of about 30% for the CRE vacancy rate here. This increase just happened in the last 6 weeks or so, and I am not the only person to notice the situation, so I don’t think it is a mischaracterization. The observations were based on non-scientific, casual counts of “Available for lease” signs in our light business areas.

    Is SD or LA (or SF) proper seeing this type activity?
