ParticipantNot really a breaking story. There is alot more to the new guidelines then this. What would we do without the NYT.
Actually the guidelines were announced a few months ago.
If any of you want to learn about them, simply google new short sale guidelines and similar terms. If lenders actually start applying them then there is hope that the short sale process timeline improves. That is the real hope.
