In general I think the City is a much better way to handle CC&R’s , and there is no HOA fee’s that go up every year no matter what as well.

Any ideas? I guess I could go visit the Poway city hall and ask about zoning rules / CC&R for planned community areas.
It might be neat to have a pet pig… Poway normal residential zones allow them :p
