I don’t know why some of these people who have a vision of renting and perhaps some other path to financial freedom are hooked(if they are). My addiction to piggington’s is less defensible.

But I think you guy’s somehow also got this in the back of your heads as well.
The next great growth industry in SoCal is going to be building elementary schools.
( Or the means to do away with them).And Daycare centers.
I don’t think people fully realize the demographic time bomb we are sitting on.
Sure recently I turned housing/economy bear again, but long term I see a much different story.
I still see California population growing almost exponentially over the next 10 years.
The U.S. Population is expect to grow from 300 million to 400 million by 2050.
I good part of that I believe will be right here in Socal.
Not saying this is a good thing,
it just is.
