Good looking house. Seems to be in excellent condition. Not a bad price. However, it has ‘street’ on 3 of it’s 4 sides. Sort of like a peninsula. Most people don’t like seeing cars & trucks from 3 sides of their personal residence. If you buy it, future resale could be a little difficult.

That’s why I am having a hard time understanding why the agent will not lower the asking price. I believe it should be listed at least 20K lower. Any other observations on the house?

February 21, 2010 at 12:18 PM #516190DataAgentParticipantAgents don’t set prices. Owners set prices. And owners who have no real urgency to sell can be tough to deal with.
Toss in an offer somewhere between $470 and $495. Based on what you’ve said so far, that’s about the best you can do.
