Firstly, congratulations on the new baby! π I’m sure that had something to do with the timing.
It must feel awesome to be done with the whole “bubble-sitting” thing. What a relief to be able to settle in and finally focus on the things that really matter (instead of spending waaaay too many hours on housing bubble/econ blogs).
Hope you enjoy your new house for many happy years to come!
BTW, how many beds/baths? It looks like there are a lot of rooms.

Actually trhe baby didnt force us to buy. We were happy plannin on haveing him in the rental. It just worked out that way. Can u beleive the banks loaned almost 700k in that shape? Talk to yall soon.
