Sweet!!!
A few things to consider and I by no means have a green thumb so excuse my inability to identify fauna.
Make sure the grass is far enough away from the pool and toward the right of the picture it looks like berries or red leaves and other leafy trees/bushes in that corner. Figure out which way the wind blows and plant bushy/berry/leafy things downwind. All that crap is gonna end up in your pool, the palm type things should be upwind, and make sure they aren’t the kind with nuts or kernals or whatever they are. Minimize the stuff that gets in the pool.
Another practical suggestion, not sure where your neighbors windows are in relation to your jacuzzi or if that thing in the corner is a grotto style jacuzzi (which are super cool). Just know that men’s bathing suits are engineered in a way that cause them to inflate with bubbles in a jacuzzi, which is annoying and you end up going nudie as a matter of convenience. Put a tree between you being naked and getting to your robe and their windows. You may be a proud guy, I am, but we just aren’t at our best getting out of the jacuzzi when it’s cold outside.
My last suggestion, have them run power and cable out to a spot near the jacuzzi. It’s a pain in the butt to do it later and you get a lot more use out of the jacuzzi when you can sit in it, smoke a cigar and watch a sporting event. Get a waterproof deckbox and like a 25″ cheapo lightweight flatscreen with quick connect unthreaded cable. Then it’s easy to set up and put away. Try to get it done before the basketball playoff and I’ll watch the laker games at your place, tell me what to bring, wine, chips, think about it, you got a few months.

Upon first looking, I actually thought it was a photo.Second:
Bill, this is lovely.
Do it.
And this is coming from a committed condo owner and suburb hater (though I may be coming around on that).February 4, 2010 at 10:15 PM #509498urbanrealtorParticipantFirst: embarassed.
