Hello Kitty, first off, I am not encouraging people to buy or not to buy, but if you need to buy a house now and you can afford it, buy it. I do not fully agree with some other posts that one has to wait for the bottom to come. You cannot know when the bottom is. Once you realize the housing market is in the bottom, it is in fact moving upward and you will find yourself competing with other buyers.

If you don’t feel like you trust your agent, just use another one. Use your gut feeling sometimes.
