I doubt that the prices will go down as long as there are buyers willing to pay $900 k plus $6k in MR. I do agree with you that the prices are inflated given the inconvenient location and the high MR.

February 10, 2010 at 3:27 PM #511788anParticipantThe $6k MR is equivalent to adding ~$90k to the purchase price. So, it’s like buying a $1M house w/out MR. In order for us to see these at 700k, we’d have to see 3000 sq-ft houses in 4S in the 500k.
