ParticipantIt’s a forclosure. Upper tennants: 4 are part of the family that owns the unit (with a baby on the way). The other 3 and dog are renters. I am guessing that the family that owns it has renters so they can afford the mortgage.

ParticipantBasically, the upper tennants are owners (as opposed to renters), so I don’t see them leaving anytime soon. Since we’ve been here, the renters the upper unit has have changed, but they seem to always be able to find new renters pretty quickly.
