We think we might have a binding agreement on a home we’re trying to buy (apparently an email agreement is binding). The agent made a firm counteroffer (but standard terms were discussed over the phone instead of email). So I don’t know if that fact “unbinds” it.
Later, he came back with a higher sell price and asks that we pay all other costs involved.
