ParticipantInteresting thread. I’ve been curious about this myself. The furniture that I currently have is all from Ikea. Eventually when I finally buy a place I’d like to upgrade to something nicer but I’m definitely not going to drop a few grand on a couch.
I went to Mor a while ago and was surprised how expensive their stuff was. I was expecting it to be slightly more than IKEA but it was definitely a fair amount more.

ParticipantFurniture consignment, antique shops. You will be shocked how much is out there. Quality stuff and at least 50% below new furniture prices. I will never buy new again. And I hate to furniture shop.
