Amazing! I’d prolly pay a little extra to live next to it since I would never have to worry about neighbors across the street doing some unpredictably weird thing. It basically makes the streets bordering it single-loaded, which to me is a good thing.

Amazing! I’d prolly pay a little extra to live next to it since I would never have to worry about neighbors across the street doing some unpredictably weird thing. It basically makes the streets bordering it single-loaded, which to me is a good thing.
