Michael D. Pattinson’s investment condo downtown is about 50% off of peak.

Here’s now attempting a short sale; and he’s $4,187.28 defaulted on property taxes.

So much for wherewithal.

Does anyone know how his principal residence is doing?

This is his other condo in the same building that Barratt built.

That unit is also attempting a short sale.

I have to say that I’m disappointed with the interior of the unit considering that the condo is owned by the top executive of Barratt.
