I have never been convinced that Morgan Hill is really a better area – I think that was mostly marketing but there are some nice views.
A tip for buying in Temecula IMO: I don’t look in any areas that has a PTR ratio that approaches 1. PTR = Pickup Truck Ratio. 1 pickup (in driveway or in front) per house on a given street would be a ratio of 1.
I assign (2) points for any lifted trucks/SUV’s or visible signs of ATV’s and/or toy haulers.
I keep an eye on Wolf Creek – they still seem to be selling on that side of the hill. Who’s buying? Beats me….
