I agree with Nostra. When my wife built a home in Ramona back in the 90’s she sent a ton of unsolicited letters to landowners. Nothing really panned out for her but she followed that strategy that Nostra pointed out.
True deal hunting takes ALOT of legwork and there really is not a magic substitute.
You may not be able to buy in this area now but in a few years you may be able to. In the meantime keep banking cash.
