    I just pulled up an old copy of this monthly report put our by the NSDCAR from in Oct of 2006. In the report it states “there’s no bubble to burst” and how “prices are expected to rise modestly next year”.

    HAHAHAHA!!!!!!

    I feel bad for the poor slobs that bought into this advise.

    Anyone got more bad predictions from back in the 2006 era?

    Yea, non-profit organizations always have a vested interest in “pumping” their industry. Otherwise their members will drop subscription and revenues will slow.

    I am always weary of any associations industry analysis when it’s directly related to their business.

    I also get this monthly article but always read it with a skeptical eye…
