ParticipantIMHO, it’s insane for anyone to pay this kind of money for sheds like these. How could one possibly justify such a purchase from any perspective? If it’s right on the beach as a vacation property, I say yeah maybe. But as a primary residence, 1127 sf for >$400K? Have we lost our collective mind?
