ParticipantWho knows how low anything will go?
Three out of four of these listings were valued in 450-500k range in 2000 (according to Zillow). If you can get them below 700 today, that already seems like a good price to me.
How much would a townhouse like that rent for?

ParticipantThe backside of Soledad is coming down… Now about 700k with a low of 590k a while back.
Cape La Jolla is high because not many are available, and it’s the most recent complex. That link is for the best design in the complexes, Shared Walls are in the bathroom. It appears to have some remodeling.
LJ Shores Heights. No idea what is keeping it up. There was a distress sale at 550k last year… then it’s perked back up. The link is a place that remodeled, and will be stuck in limbo for a long time.
The BoardWalk complex baffles me.
